He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Virginia, Maryland, California, Oregon and Washington. Further, he is Certified Fraud Examiner and trained in finding hidden assets. He can meet virtually and represent clients nationally for Taxation and Immigration matters.

Office staff includes translators, paralegal support, and administrative staff.
Please make appointments in advance as we do not currently take walk ins and let us know if translation is needed and which language you need. There is a service fee for translation.
Please let us know if you are a returning client, referred by a prior client or someone referred to us by an insurance agency as we will waive the initial consultation fee of $150.00 for the first half hour.
Mr. Francis is also works in the areas of tax planning, return preparation and filing returns with the IRS. He also has 5 years experience with the IRS and works on notice resolutions, audit disputes, and is licensed to appear before the United States Tax Court. There is a different fee for return preparation or dealing with the IRS.
